The T6571 Digital Thermostats are designed to provide Proportional-Integral (PI) modulating control in zoned commercial Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning systems such as hydronic heating and/or cooling, pressure dependent VAV or by-pass box with or without terminal reheat.
The T6571 family provides modulating analog 4 to 20 mA or 2 to 10 Vdc control. Other available features include energy savings card key input, auto-detection of temperature sensor

Heat/Cool models are available with constant fan operation. Models are available with either a three-speed fan selector switch with low, medium and high settings, or one-speed only.

The T6372 and T6373 are designed to control the valve, or the valve and the fan in 2-pipe fan-coil applications.
The thermostat operates an on/off valve to provide control at the desired setpoint temperature.
The fan can also be controlled from the thermostat. In some cases it is wired to run continuously, and can be switched off with the system ON/OFF switch, while with other models there is a choice of running the fan continuously, or cycling it with the thermostat.
Versions are available with a manual 3-speed fan switch, and with a system on-off switch.
Heat/cool changeover operation is also possible on some versions. This function can be accomplished either by a manually operated heat/ cool switch on the front of the thermostat or in some versions automatically by the use of a pipe thermostat on the supply water pipe of the fan-coil.
The T4360/T6360 range of thermostats are designed to provide automatic ON/OFF control for gas valves, circulation pumps, relays and zone valves in all heating, cooling, or heating/cooling installations where single or changeover switching up to 10 A (resistive load) or 3 A (inductive load) is required.

These 2-position (open/closed) hydronic valves are intended for use in a normal indoor environment to control the flow of hot and/ or cold water, or glycol solution to 50% concentration. They consist of an actuator, valve and replaceable valve cartridge assembly. These valves are designed for on-off “zone” control of heating/cooling systems, or to control individual fan coil, baseboard radiator or convector applications. The VC7900 Series Modulating Control Valves provide optimum control of hot and/or chilled water flow in various heating and cooling applications.
The VC hydronic valve consists of a valve body and replaceable characterized cartridge assembly. The P74JA differential pressure control is commonly used on water systems to control a pressure differential between supply and return lines. The control’s SPDT floating action contacts position a motor actuated valve operated by a Johnson Controls M81 or Series M100A motor actuator. In atypical application the valve is located in a bypass line around the system pump. When the system pressure differential increase above the control’s set point, the valve opens further. More water is diverted through the bypass valve resulting in a reduction in system pressure differential. A reduction in the pressure differential causes the valve to begin closing and reuslts in an increase in system pressure differential.
The P74JA is suitable for use on other air or liquid pressure differential applications where SPDT non-snap acting switching is desired.

The PR-283 incorporates sophisticated integrated circuits and new fused silicon monolithic cavity pressure sensors to not only provide a high level, fully conditioned and temperature-compensated output, but also to offer up to three (3) field selectable pressure ranges in one unit. The field selectable feature eliminates costly inefficiencies by providing a single unit which can be configured to cover all the pressure ranges for a particular application: for instance, 25.0, 50.0 and 100.0 psid in one unit. The 17-4 PH SS monolithic pressure cavity not only provides media compatibility for most of the applications, but also offers a leakproof solution for today’s environmentally conscious customers. Two industry standard output versions are available: 4-20 mA 2-wire loop or field electable 0-5 VDC/0-10 VDC. Arita Cast Iron Y-Strainer is a devices which provides a mean to remove debris from a flowing fluid in a pipeline. A perforated screen or mesh is used to trap the debris in the strainer chamber. The compact design of dual plate wafer check valves gives it the advantages over other check valves in size, weight, cost, ease of installation and maintenance. The plates function independent of each other and the stainless steel torsion springs shut the valve quickly to minimize reversal flow and prevent water hammer.
